• Initial Consultations. Communicate with you via email, phone or skype (Skype is free worldwide and is through your computer) with regard to your needs, ideas and preferences.
• Initial Development. After we receive the images you want on your site as well as the text and ideas of your needs, ideas and preferences, we do some initial development and upload it to our server so you can see if this is something like what you want. You may like a different font, color, or something else. We also confirm with you when we are able to start your project and the expected completion time. Note: We can help with altering, resizing and optimizing images for you if you need that.
• Full Site Development. When you are pleased with the process, we complete this for you with the other pages reflecting the same theme.
• Meta Tags and Google Friendly. This means the meta keywords and meta description for your website. You will be consulted as to the main keywords you wish for your site as well as the short description you require. (The description will show up on google searches - this is what people see when they search and find you through the search engines)
• Help with Configuring your Autoresponder. If required. We will need to know your requirements for the form/s you want on your Site. We use and recommend Aweber as one of the best on the market and the one we personally use.
• Help with Configuring Email and Hosting Account. Depending on whether you already have a domain name or not, we agree to help you in configuring your email account from the domain server end (you would configure in your outlook or outlook express program) or we can help with setting up email forwarding for you if this is available. To have a domain reflected email address is very professional and recommended. It would look something like yourname@yourdomainname.com. If you wish to take advantage of our additional service of hosting for 12 months for just $50US ($60AUD) then make sure you mention that when speaking to us. The hosting that we use also includes emails and forwarding facilities as standard as we have found that with most domain registration, emails and forwarding facilities are not included and cost quite a bit more to purchase separately even without hosting charges. For the hosting we use and recommend Hostgator.com.
• Ongoing Updating of Site for 12 months . Your site will be updated when you request it for a full 12 months by us for no extra charge. This includes minor alterations, uploading additional text, photos, changing text etc. Everything you need to keep it up to date and relevant.
• Ongoing Live Help and Support for 12 months. We are live people and answer our emails, phones and skype messages. The best way to contact us is via email and we will respond as soon as we get it. Or if you see we are online in Skype, then we can chat then. If we are in the office, we always answer our own phones. You will receive all the details of our full contact details so this is never a problem.
• Intellectual Property Rights. You will own the full copyright and intellectual property rights to your website entirely. This is not the case with most website building companies. They often retain this which can cause major problems down the line. These will be yours totally upon completion, satisfaction and payment.
• Data CD. All your website files and information is available upon request. Good to keep in a safe place should you need it.
• 100% Guarantee. You will absolutely love your website or you pay nothing. We aim to please and we know that a happy client tells others.

• An autoresponder. (this is an additional cost for you. We use Aweber for our autoresponder. Aweber can be configured to be used as a contact form like on a survey site, landing page, sales site, mailing list, subscription box for newsletter or free report, contact page, more information page etc. The cost of Aweber is $19.95USD per month and is the only one you need for all your websites (if you have one or more it is still the same monthly investment). You have unlimited campaigns, lists, messages etc. We find it the best, most professional and we also find that most of the top internet marketers use Aweber. You are most welcome to research for yourself another autoresponder and we are happy to go into your account and configure it for you and place the necessary code onto your site. If you choose to research others, look for ones that have the ability to add fields like comments, name etc.
• Domain Name and Hosting. We host all our sites with Hostgator.com and can organize hosting for you also as an additional service for just $50US or $60AUD per year. If you choose to take up this option, you will have full control of the cpanel on the hosting to enable you to add more email address, set up URL or email forwarding and lots more. For .com domain names, we recommend Godaddy as it is cheap, reliable and used by the majority of people. For .com.au domain names we usually go with DomainCentral.

• Payment is made at completion and satisfaction of your Site only.
• When you are completely happy with your site, then you will make payment. We will then upload your site from our server to your hosting account. This takes between 1 hour and 24 hours to show up on your domain name.
• All Pricing is in US Dollars as we cater for International Clients as well as Local Australian Clients. (unless you have a personal quote for your specific job)
• The payment method we use is with a company called PayDotCom.com or Paypal.com - They accept major credit cards or Paypal for convenience to cater for all our clients or we also offer direct deposit to our bank account (for Australian clients only).
• Upon payment your website will be available on your Domain name usually within 24 hours.
